Add a new website: Virginia U.S. Business Directory Library

In July, we had bought two sets of U.S. business directory data: 20 millions without email and 9 millions with email. In the second set of data, we can't find the file of Virginia. We wrote email to ask data provider, he gave us several files of Virginia, but format is not the same with other 50 states.

So we have to find new data by ourselves, our colleague checked many kinds of business directory file of Virginia and found one is suitable with 130,000 data. The only shortcoming is the item SIC become category ID. Yesterday, we process and import these data, build the new site:

Now the 9 millions U.S. business directory with email is completed.
